Job Description
Primary Responsibilities : The Product Manager for Salesforce is responsible for ensuring Maymont Homes Salesforce org is properly maintained at a platform level and continues to add functional capabilities to serve business stakeholders and processes across the firm as their needs change and evolve. The position will work closely with the product owners, business analysts, architects, developers, testers, development / vendors, and application support resources within the Technology team, as well as the business stakeholders including users, internal champions, executive and senior leadership levels across business units, who are reliant on Salesforce as a foundational system of record.
Skills & Competencies :
- Minimum 7 years of Salesforce experience, required.
- Knowledge and experience with Salesforce implementations, required, such as CRM, Sales & Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, force.com, Agent Force, Customer Community, Analytics, Einstein, and similar.
- Experience interfacing across business and technology, required.
- Experience as a platform owner, product manager or product owner for strategic projects that involve Salesforce development teams, required.
- Experience managing product owners and successfully delivering projects together, required.
- Ability to identify approaches, risks, mitigation strategies.
- Real-estate industry experience, a plus.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum framework, required.
- Strong communication skills required.
- Dedicated to exemplary customer service.
- Willingness to take on new responsibilities as the environment evolves and new skills are needed.
- Self-starter who takes initiative to accomplish tasks independently or with minimal guidance from supervisor.
- Flexibility in self-managing across a variety of tasks and adjusting as priorities change.
- Experience in leading a team of technology professionals with a wide range of skills and tenure.
- Bachelor's Degree, required. Concentration in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Finance, preferred.
- Salesforce Admin certification, preferred.
- CSPO, CSM, CPDM, PMP preferred.
- The preference would be for the position to be located at the firms headquarters in Charleston, SC; but Maymont will consider remote for the right candidate.
