Job Description
Primary Responsibilities : The Salesforce Architect is responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of complex Salesforce solutions. This role involves working with product managers, owners, and business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into scalable and sustainable technical solutions. The Salesforce Architect ensures the integrity of the Salesforce platform and integrates with other systems to support organizational goals.
Skills & Competencies :
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Masters degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience working with Salesforce, including hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture, solution design, and development.
- Proven experience in full lifecycle Salesforce implementations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other relevant solutions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
- Experience with integration tools and techniques (e.g., REST / SOAP APIs, MuleSoft).
- Knowledge of data modeling, security, and Salesforce best practices.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and design effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to partner with external consultants to execute on initiatives within Salesforce.
- The position is located at the firms headquarters in Charleston, SC. Working from home is permissible.
