Total Rewards Specialist
Work Location : New York City
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Total Rewards, the Total Rewards Specialist will assist with the day-to-day administration of all company benefit programs for employees across our US business.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the company's various benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life, short term disability, long term disability, EAP, Workers' Compensation and commuter benefits;
- Act as a point of contact for escalated employee benefit questions;
- Assist in developing and implementing a benefits integration strategy in the context of acquisition of new assets and employees;
- Support budgeting process during the annual planning process;
- Prepare and / or participate in government filings, plan audits, or other reporting requirements as necessary;
- Maintain knowledge of regulatory changes and industry developments;
- Work with Manager in developing communications designed to keep employees informed of company benefits and updates;
- Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing health and benefit fairs, open enrollments, wellness programs, and return to work programs;
- Assist with the design and development of benefit policies and plans.
