Job Description

• Analyze and synthesize private investment/portfolio performance trends and related market research (collateral /operational/ industry /regulatory). Appropriately escalate any performance deterioration
• Onboard new private investments for monitoring by reviewing deal documentation and collaborating with originations team to develop/implement appropriate risk monitoring and reporting metrics
• Coordinate with risk team in maintaining accurate watch rating for each investment at all times
• Ensure timely receipt and completeness of various reporting requirements from the borrowers
• Maintain continuous dialogue with third parties trustees to ensure accuracy of deal reporting and run payment waterfalls
• Collaborate with internal constituents including operations, accounting, risk, and analytics on deal specific inquiries and to ensure internal systems accurately reflect the key attributes of each investment
• Coordinate with origination platform partners and third-party valuation providers in running the valuation process across the entire asset-based finance portfolio
• Work with operations and treasury teams to ensure timely execution of ongoing funding requests
  
  

Candidate Profile/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with an excellent academic record
• 2-4 years of experience in reading/analyzing documentation of CLO or ABS securitizations, warehouse, and asset-backed financings; experience in multiple asset classes a plus
• Ability to review and analyze monthly servicing reports/ performance reports
• Knowledge or familiarity with insurance investment management a plus
• Strong capabilities in MS Excel and PowerPoint, VBA; Intex and Bloomberg experience a plus
• Proactive self-starter with high attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and motivation
• Excellent organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills
