Job Summary: 2nd shift 2:20pm - 10:40pm
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support to individuals in need of assistance. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care, memory care, or long-term care settings and will be responsible for enhancing the quality of life for our residents. This role requires a commitment to providing personalized care while ensuring the safety and comfort of those we serve.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide meal preparation and ensure nutritional needs are met.
- Support clients with mobility and transportation needs, including driving to appointments or social activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Engage residents in social activities and companionship to promote emotional well-being.
- Monitor and report changes in residents health or behavior to appropriate personnel.
- Implement care plans as directed by healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with established systems.
- Assist individuals in daily activities as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in senior care, assisted living, or long-term care is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents and their families.
