What are the responsibilities and job description for the Responsible Person (Med. RP and RP2) position at Brookhaven Assisted Care, LLC?
Brookhaven Assisted Care is a 34 bed rest home. We are looking to hire PCA's for all shifts. In this demanding but highly rewarded role, you will work with our residents to support them in their activities of daily living. Some duties and responsibilities include:
- Assist with basic personal hygiene (i.e. brushing teeth, bathing, toileting)
- Assist with mobility
- Administer medications
- Provide companionship and engage in conversation
- Act quickly and responsibly in case of an emergency
- Provide basic domestic services (i.e. meal prep, laundry, housekeeping)
Candidates must be at least 21 years old. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a strong employment history. You must have reliable transportation and a work ethic like your grandparents had. We are seeking employees who want to come to work everyday to help us provide high quality care for the Greatest Generation. Experience working with seniors is highly preferred, but we will train the right person.
2nd Shift--2:20pm to 10:40pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
