Job Title: School Administrator Assistant
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced School Administrator Assistant to join our team at Brookhaven School District.
As a key member of our administrative team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our school principal and other staff members.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of prior job experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
The School Board will establish the hourly rate and time of employment.
The successful candidate will be expected to meet all professional conduct standards as set by MS Educator Code of Ethics Standards of Conduct.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receptionist for the school principal
- Performs usual office routine
- Receives and routes all incoming calls
- Types and processes purchase orders
- Types correspondence, schedule appointments, and receive telephone messages
- Maintains a regular filing system
- Copies documents as needed
- Follows all board policies and procedures
- Maintains regular attendance and is punctual
- Promotes the district's vision, mission, and goals
