Job Summary
This is a part-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Coordinator located in Brookings County, SD.
The Customer Relations Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer service interactions, maintaining customer retention, and improving overall customer experience.
Duties
Day-to-day tasks will include data entry, answering customer inquiries, handling complaints, providing information about company services, and facilitating communication between customers and the company.

- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications
- Previous experience in the title and escrow industry is a plus
