Brookings Health System is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our team!
Compensation range for this position is $16.86 to $24.96, depending on experience.
There is a part time (less than 20 hours per week) position and will be responsible for providing direct support to the Pharmacy. Duties include billing, utilizing electronic medical records, moderate lifting, stocking, packaging, IV product preparation, chemotherapy preparation, delivering medications, and ensuring the appropriate management and storage of medications.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills and teamwork
Flexibility to accommodate a work schedule that has a variety of scheduled hours during the weekday and also includes a holiday and weekend rotation
High school diploma
Experience in the pharmacy and/or medical field is preferred but not required
Pharmacy technician certification is preferred but not required for application
Salary : $17 - $25
