Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a kind manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access to information.
- Assist with various office tasks, including data input and filing.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other office software for document creation and communication.
- Act professionally when handling confidential information.
Skills
- Proficiency in phone systems for effective communication.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience as a clerk or in similar administrative roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and attention to detail.
- Competence in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,)
- Basic computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service.
