Full-Time Administrative Assistant to the Chief of Police

The Brookline Police Department is currently conducting a hiring process for a full-time Administrative Assistant to the Chief of Police.
This is a 40-hour per week position: Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. and may include occasional evening or weekend activities.
Salary is commensurate with experience/ability and we offer an excellent benefits package
The qualified candidate must possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- General office experience and skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- General knowledge of the municipal budgeting process, software and management
- A high level of professionalism and confidentiality
The successful candidate will submit excellent references and pass a thorough background check.
