As the entry-level Administrative Assistant, you will be primarily responsible for handling front office reception and human resource administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and assisting in scheduling candidates for interview appointments.

Entry-Level Administrative Assistant Daily Responsibilities:
- Increase the retainment of candidates through the recruiting process due to creating an exciting first impression of the company
- Manage the applicant tracking system and other internal reports daily
- Conduct a high level of outbound calls to prospective candidates to schedule their interview appointments with the appropriate hiring manager
- Takes joy in sparking conversation, providing excellent candidate service, and organizing office flow and efficiency
- You are a friendly face for the team and any guest
- Manage reception appearance and ambiance by keeping the area clean and organized
- Administer interview reminders and check-ins, and ensure the candidate's wait experience is positive, pleasant, and comfortable
Qualifications of the Entry-Level Administrative Assistant:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- 1-2 years of previous administrative, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience
- Great Positive Attitude, Energetic, and team-oriented
- Self-motivated, punctual, and well organized. Must be detail-oriented
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Good working knowledge of computer systems, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
