Responsibilities As An Entry Level Manager : Lead dynamic, in-person sales initiatives to present client products and services, boosting customer interest and driving measurable sales growth. Develop a strong understanding of the assigned territories, become familiar with the local demographics, and uncover opportunities for new customer acquisitions Facilitate continuous professional development through structured training sessions and roleplay sales exercises. Foster a vibrant, collaborative team environment that prioritizes innovation, accountability, and professional development. Participate in regular team meetings with Entry-Level Managers to align on goals, boost morale, and enhance sales performance. Qualities We Look For In An Entry Level Manager : 1-2 years in customer service, marketing, management, sales, business, or communications preferred.
