Customer Service-Warehouse Support

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Service Warehouse Support professional to join our team. This role involves providing support to customers and drivers, ensuring smooth operations between our warehouse and distribution team, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Salary is at $17/hour.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service:
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, shipping status, and delivery updates.
• Resolve customer complaints, issues, or inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a positive, helpful, and friendly attitude toward customers at all times.
• Driver Support:
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Provide drivers with accurate instructions and essential information related to routes and delivery schedules.
• Communicate any delays, issues, or changes in delivery schedules to both drivers and customers.
• Ensure that drivers have the necessary documentation for deliveries.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Help identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management.
