Description

• Receive, organize, and file customer invoices and related financial documents.
• Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining accurate filing systems for AR records.
• Assist the Accounts Receivable team by locating and retrieving files or information as needed.
• Ensure that all documents are securely stored to maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
• Support the AR team with administrative tasks and ad hoc requests.
• Maintain an organized and efficient filing system for easy access to records.
• Salary is at $15 per hour
