Responsibilities:
- Schedule and assign nursing staff to meet resident care needs
- Develop and implement plans to promote a positive and supportive environment
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care services
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
Qualifications:
- Current RN license
- At least 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate staff
- Familiarity with EHR and Prescribing programs
- Excellent communication and technical skills
