Brooklyn Center is a state-of-the-art rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn.
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide advice and support to residents and their families, while also monitoring their health and administering medication and treatments.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing care and support to residents and their families
- Monitoring residents' health and administering medication and treatments
- Documenting resident care services in records
- Protecting residents and staff by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols
- Resolving resident problems and needs using multidisciplinary team strategies
- Maintaining resident confidence by keeping information confidential
Requirements for the position include:
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Current State Registered Nurse RN License
- Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Solid computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendliness and strong teamwork skills
