Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Director to join our team at Brooklyn Center. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures that promote high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Lead staff education and training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our nursing staff.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure effective communication and teamwork among nursing staff.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of medical documentation.
- Assist in the hiring, interviewing, and orientation of new nursing staff.
Requirements:
- Current State RN license required.
- Min. 3 yrs. exp. in Long-Term Care settings.
- 2 years of management experience preferred.
- Excellent Communication Skills required.
