- Directs, establishes, and plans overall policies and goals for the Social Services Department
- Responsible for assessments, care planning, and helping residents adjust
- Supervises Department Staff
- Discharge Planning at start of admission
- Occasional Community Outreach
- Familiar with various concepts, practices, and procedures
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Requirements:
- 2 years of Management Experience in LTC settings
- LSW - MSW
- Knowledge of applicable State and Federal guidelines
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills
