- Assign and manage nursing staff to meet resident care requirements
- Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive and supportive environment
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care services
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective care coordination and communication
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
Requirements:
- Valid RN license required
- Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience
