Job Description
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll provide direct patient care, administer medications, and participate in interdisciplinary care planning. You'll work closely with our registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities Include:
- Collecting vital signs and recording health details
- Administering medications and injections
- Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
- Supervising CNAs and assisting with daily living activities
- Monitoring food and liquid intake and output
