Job Summary
Brooklyn Center is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in Brooklyn, New York.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect vital information from new residents for admission purposes.
- Record and maintain accurate health details of residents, including temperature and vital signs.
- Administer medications and injections as needed.
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
- Serve as a supervisor for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as dressing and personal hygiene.
- Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output.
Requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Valid LPN state license.
- Good standing on the State Registry.
