Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Brooklyn Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Brooklyn, NY.
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide expert care and support to our residents and their families, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and support to residents and their families
- Monitor residents and administer medication and treatments
- Document resident care services and maintain accurate records
- Protect residents and staff by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols
- Resolve resident problems and needs through multidisciplinary team strategies
- Maintain the highest standards of care and adhere to facility philosophies and standards of care
Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Current State Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Experience in Long-Term Care preferred
- Solid computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
