LPN Treatment Nurse

We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team and provide quality care to our short term and long-term care patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in a nursing home, rehabilitation center, or geriatrics setting and be knowledgeable in wound care. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs. Our team is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to our patients and we are looking for an individual who shares this commitment. 8 or 12 hour shifts available Responsibilities: • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician. • Provide basic patient care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. • Assist with wound care and other medical treatments. • Observe and record patient's vital signs and report any changes to the physician. • Provide emotional support to patients and their families. • Assist with rehabilitation activities. • Maintain patient records and documentation. • Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
