What are the responsibilities and job description for the Daycare Assistant - French or Mandarin Speaking position at Brooklyn Global Prep?
Brooklyn Global Prep is looking for an experienced infant/toddler teacher. The candidate should have demonstrated experience working with newborn children to 1.5 years old.
The successful candidate will:
- Aid a classroom (infants or young toddlers) in a fun and engaging way using a variety of hands on approaches to learning,
- Support with the cycles of care related to infant and young toddler care including feeding, napping, changing, soothing children and more,
- Able to manage multiple infants at once prioritizing safety and cleanliness,
- Ensure city and state compliance at all times,
- Additional duties as needed for this role.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour

Experience:
- Infant care (in a licensed daycare): 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
- Child Development Associate Certification (CDA) (Preferred)
