Brooklyn SolarWorks is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our vibrant Sales team. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective customers, where you will highlight the benefits of solar energy and facilitate appointments with qualified homeowners for consultations. Please note that this position is not remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of calls, emails, and texts to qualify leads and schedule consultative appointments with Solar Consultants.
- Educate and engage homeowners who have shown interest in solar solutions through various lead sources.
- Evaluate homeowners’ qualifications through targeted questions and Google Maps assessments.
- Maintain detailed appointment records within the company's CRM and dialer software.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries about Brooklyn SolarWorks and the solar sector.
- Generate leads and referrals to achieve monthly sales targets.
- High school diploma is required.
- 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of solar equipment and installations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce and Quickbase).
- Familiarity with dialer systems.
- Professional demeanor and friendly approach.
- Ability to convey technical information in an understandable manner.
- Capacity to work independently under moderate supervision.
- Exceptional relationship-building abilities.
- Proficient computer and technological skills.

- Hourly wage: \(20-\)25 plus commission
