Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA safety regulations and protocols.
- Pack and organize equipment and materials from BSW trucks.
- Construct and install the support structures for solar PV panels while adhering to building codes and manufacturing specifications.
- Travel to designated job locations as assigned by the Crew Lead or Manager.
- Build racking structures according to the specified plans.
- Measure, cut, and wire solar arrays in accordance with BSW specifications.
- Communicate daily activities, progress, and achievements with your team and Crew Lead.
- Maintain job site cleanliness and lower materials from roofs upon completion.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as directed by the Crew Lead or Manager.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- OSHA 30 certification and 10 SST certification are mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of construction experience is required.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort with heights and climbing ladders/stairs.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Flexibility to travel and work during irregular hours.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record are essential.
- OSHA 30 certification and 10 SST certification are required.
- A minimum of 2 years of construction experience is preferred.
- Experience with solar equipment and installations is an advantage.
- Roofing experience is highly preferred.
