Under general direction and supervision, this position is responsible for assisting in the development, analysis, and maintenance of the CRM system for Partnership/Premium Development while aiding in the larger business goals of BSE Global. The position reports directly to the Manager of Research and Brand Insights.
JOB DESCRIPTION - WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- CRM Administration
- Assist in the creation and optimization of partnership pipelines based on category
- Liaise with KORE and other external vendors to facilitate platform integrations such as systemic rollouts and reporting capabilities
- Analyze sales rep performance and provide recommendations for improvement measures
- Develop efficient workflows to facilitate systemic utilization amongst news sales, renewals, premium development, and activation teams
- Support the recurring business needs as they relate to deal management, dashboard creation and reporting requests
- Utilize analytical best-practices in the areas of reporting and data management
- Strategic Database Development
- Assist in the development of new strategies for data capturing
- Liaise with external vendors to best integrate new businesses into Salesforce/KORE
- Data Integration Development
- Understand the data sources that feed into Salesforce/KORE and monitor for their ongoing accuracy
- Assist in Salesforce/KORE related data integrity and data appending projects
- Ensure successful and consistent data transfers are maintained between disparate platforms to ensure data integrity
CANDIDATE PROFILE - WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor's degree is required;
- Technically proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access);
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud platform a preferred;
- Familiarity with KORE for Sponsorship platform a preferred;
- Experience with SQL is a plus;
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Excellent written and oral skills;

- Strong time management and organizational skills;
- Must work independently and self-motivate;
- Ability to think outside the box;

Travel Requirements
May be required to travel on rare occasions (<5% travel); trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay for one or more nights.
Work Environment
Works primarily in an office environment but upon request will be expected to attend games and other events on evenings, weekends and holidays.
