Key Responsibilities of a Customer Support Representative:
- Meet with customers, build rapport, and offer personalized solutions based on their TV, Phone, and internet needs.
- Present and promote Verizon’s industry-leading mobile and internet services, focusing on 5G technology, and educate clients on the benefits of upgrading their services.
- Conduct sales and connect with customers to promote Verizon's products and answer any questions regarding plans.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by efficiently pitching Verizon’s services, creating solutions for each customer, and closing sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction before, during, and after-sales.
- Track sales activities, document customer interactions, and report progress to the team leader or manager.
Key Requirements of a Customer Support Representative:
- Experience in sales, telecommunications, customer service, and customer-facing roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and provide personalized solutions.
- Ability to meet or exceed individual sales targets.
- Access to reliable transportation to travel to various customer locations within your assigned territory.
- A passion for sales, and customer service, and the ability to maintain a positive attitude even in challenging situations.

Pay: $46,460.00 - $52,953.00 per year
