The Original Brooklyn Water Bagel Company, voted South Florida’s best bagel is now in Wesley Chapel. We beat out Starbucks in the Best Coffee ranking (we roast our own coffee) and are looking for dynamic, energetic, passionate and honest people to join our team.
We are looking for special individuals with the passion, desire, and ability to make and bake our Artisan bagels and other House-Made baked goods. We make the BEST, real Artisan bagels ANYWHERE and we can only do that if we have the best people on our team. People who can and want to do the following –
- Truly enjoy coming to work early in the morning (and getting off early too)

- Work cleanly and stay organized in a fast-paced, bakery environment (hot) - Detail oriented

Our training program is designed to start people on the base level and help them develop and grow with us. Will require 5-7 days training at store within 1 1/2 hour drive.

Requirements

Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of artisan bagels, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Utilize proper food handling techniques to maintain a safe kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with team members to manage inventory and ensure timely production of baked goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area and equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.50 - $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

- You must be over 18 to operate the dough forming machinery. Are you over 18 years old?
- The hours for baking for this job will be from 3am to 11 am including weekends. You will be largely working alone in a commercial bakery in our store. Promptness and reliability are crucial for this position. For dough making, after training, you can set a more flexible schedule. Are these hours acceptable to you?
