Meeting sales goals measured daily / weekly / monthlyConsults with customers in a professional, upbeat mannerEducate customers on safe tanning practices and retail itemsMaintain a clean and organized salonCash handling, opening / closing businessDaily administrative paperwork, and goal trackingQualifications
High school diploma, or equivalent.Must be at least 18 years of ageExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven experience in retail / customer service environmentMust be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per dayMust be able to lift 25 pounds without assistanceReliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekendsBrookman, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
