Schedule with Balance:
- 2 early dismissal days per week (out by 3:00 PM—enjoy your afternoon!).
- 2 late nights per week (until 5:30 PM) to support working families.

Your Role:
- Create a joyful, play-based learning environment for toddlers (2.5-year-olds).
- Foster social-emotional growth through hands-on activities and gentle guidance.
- Partner with families to celebrate milestones and build trust.
- Deliver, develop, and implement lessons based on curriculum
What We’re Looking For:
- Required: Associate’s degree in ECE (or related field) OR 1 years of toddler experience.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in related field
- Open to passionate candidates with a love for little learners!
- Must be: Patient, creative, and committed to developmentally appropriate practice.
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).
