We are looking for a Lead Superintendent for leading multi-family General Contractor! At Brooks and Freund, we believe in the power of ownership. Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years experience required.
- Comfortable with basic computer skill. Daily reporting and scheduling is web based software.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Must promote jobsite safety by ensuring site is clean and presentable at all times
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to and maintain project schedule
- Confirm conformity with design and specifications
- Communication with Client, Project Manager and Subcontractors.
- Generating RFI's
- Running weekly progress meetings
- Completing Daily Reports
-Compensation commensurate with experience.
-Reference and Project list a must.
