Brooks Building Solutions is seeking two personable, motivated Maintenance Sales Representatives—one based in Jacksonville and one in Tallahassee. This role is ideal for individuals with sales experience who are eager to learn the mechanical side of the business. We’ll provide the technical training—you bring the relationship-building skills, energy, and desire to grow.
Location: Jacksonville, FL (1); Tallahassee, FL (1)
Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 base salary plus commission (Realistic six-figure earnings potential based on performance)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue potential customers for HVAC maintenance services within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through referrals, cold outreach, marketing leads, and collaboration with internal teams
- Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and present maintenance solutions that align with their goals
- Explain the benefits of preventive maintenance contracts, including improved system performance, cost savings, and long-term value
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored maintenance packages and proposals
- Seamlessly transition closed contracts to assigned Account Executives for implementation
- Track and report on sales performance, opportunities, and customer feedback using CRM tools
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Represent Brooks at industry events, client meetings, and networking functions
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales experience required (HVAC or technical industry not required—we’ll train you)
- A friendly, approachable personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong presentation and influencing skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits and meetings
- Familiarity with the Jacksonville or Tallahassee market is a plus (depending on location)
