What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Assistant position at Brooks Family Dental?
Brooks Family Dental is seeking a great dental assistant to join our growing team! We are a single location, privately owned and operated dental practice that prides itself in taking great care of our patients and employees. In order to achieve this, we are completely FFS/insurance independent, and keep a close-knit workplace.
Our patients trust that they are getting the best when opting to see us, and our standard of care is extremely high. We don’t do paid advertising, never upsell or have production pushes. Instead, we are successful because of our patient care and quality of our dental work and experience. Patients are like family.
We are open 4 days/week 7am-4pm with a weekly rotating schedule for the whole staff. Daily work consists of almost 100% general dentistry. Zero endo, some removable, and a little bit of oral surgery and clear aligner ortho treatment. Otherwise we have a lot of experience and are trusted regularly with cosmetic work as well.
The perfect dental assistant to join our team has a passion for patient care and their coworkers. We generally prefer general dentistry experience because our patients have a high level of expectation. Full-time is also preferred but we are generally flexible for the right person.
Finally: we offer competitive wages based on experience, PTO, 401k match and a low-pressure work environment. We generally have low turnover so we take our time to find the right person.
