Position Overview :
Implementation Specialists will operate as part of the engagement team, typically consisting of a team of 5-7 members, led by an Engagement Manager. Responsibilities include :Driving the day-to-day execution and success of large-scale transformations, directly sponsored by the Client CEO. Applying a proven, methodology-driven approach that focuses on optimization, execution and implementation.Working directly with clients on site, ranging from the C-Suite to front-line workers, and taking ownership of a specific “area” of the overall transformation.Delivering transformational requirements within your area by role-modeling, coaching and directly influencing alongside your clients, driving success and optimized performance.Implementation Specialists at Brooks International are exposed to multiple areas within business across every industry, gaining global experience across leading Public and Private client companies.When joining Brooks International as a Consultant, you are joining a firm that prides itself in developing its employees as the next generation of business leaders.Recruitment Process and Position Location

Candidate Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree2-8 years of consistent and demonstrated success in a rigorous management role in one of the following areas : Manufacturing, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Program / Project Management and EngineeringThe desire to travel and work directly on the client site each week (paid travel, lodging, transportation, meals, cellular etc.)The legal right to work full time in the United States without the requirement of sponsorship by either a company or third partyCurrently hold a US passport, or the ability to obtain one prior to your start dateThe following personal attributes : intellectual curiosity, a passion for business leadership, a positive attitude and belief in what’s possible, unwavering self-discipline, commitment to mission and the inherent urge to do what’s right.The ability and commitment to : maintain professionalism at all times, work under pressure while achieving the highest level of quality, seek direction and improve all skills required for the role and rapid professional development.The positions above offer a lucrative compensation package consisting of a competitive base salary, annual performance bonus (Implementation Specialist II and above) and a comprehensive benefit package, including employer funded health, vision and dental benefits, life insurance, short and long term disability, 401(k) savings plan and paid time off.
