Appliance Delivery/Installer

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products while ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires a combination of technical skills, customer service abilities, and physical stamina to handle installations efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations of products at customer locations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Load and unload materials using a pallet jack or other equipment as necessary.
• Drive delivery vehicles, including box trucks and vans, to transport products to installation sites.
• Provide exceptional customer service during installations, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both in the warehouse and at installation sites.
• Assist in moving heavy items as needed during the installation process.

Skills

• Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Proficient in operating manual transmission vehicles.
• Strong customer service skills to enhance client interactions.
• Commercial driving experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack safely and effectively.
• Experience with loading and unloading materials efficiently.
• Familiarity with moving techniques for heavy items.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Previous experience as a van driver or delivery driver is advantageous.
