About us
Brooks Transportation LLC is a small business that completes big jobs! We are professional, agile and our goal is to find the perfect candidate to deliver and install furniture out of a warehouse, in and around the Tampa, FL area. This position pays $200 a day for drivers and $150 a day for helpers.
Duties:
- Safely deliver/install furniture in to customer homes
- Follow assigned routes and schedules for efficient and timely delivery
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks and dolly
- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while on the road
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or delays
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Strong physical stamina to load and unload cargo as needed
- Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members
NOTE: MUST HAVE 1YR OR MORE DELIVERING/INSTALLING FURNITURE AND DRIVING A 26FT BOX TRUCK WITH A LIFT GATE!!!
We can travel anywhere from 50- 200 miles a day delivering and installing appliances. We pick up customer orders at 6:30am every morning at the warehouse in a 26ft box truck using or dolly to load the trucks. This is a physically demanding job! We do not train for this position so please provide verifiable experience.
