Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living. As a key member of our facilities team, you will perform various maintenance tasks to ensure the comfort and safety of our residents.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing scheduled preventative maintenance procedures on residential and public area heat pumps.
- Inspecting and repairing the condensate drain and pan, as needed.
- Lubricating fan motors and inspecting apartment smoke detectors.
- Completing work orders in a timely manner and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintaining proper inventory levels of materials and supplies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- EPA 608 Universal Certification.
- A basic understanding of HVAC maintenance and the ability to learn new techniques and equipment.
- The physical ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents and staff.
- A valid driver's license.
