Job Description
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months' experience as an RN and a strong background in caring for seniors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a passion for delivering person-centered care.
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of our residents, developing and implementing individualized service plans, and providing ongoing nursing care according to established policies and procedures. You will also participate in care conferences and other resident-related meetings, ensuring that each resident receives the highest level of care and support.
