Job Summary
Responsible for using forklift/pallet jack to locate and accurately pull products and prepare pallets according to order for retail store delivery while adhering to all safety and sanitation requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurately selects product from warehouse inventory to be stocked in the repack flow lane.
- Maneuvers forklift/pallet jack to stack products onto pallets securely for delivery to store.
- Fills orders for retail stores in an accurate, productive, and safe manner.
- Stacks product on pallets in accordance with Company procedures. Stages pallets onto loading dock or outbound trailers.
- Uses warehouse communication system to locate and pull products for retail store orders in an accurate, productive, and safe manner.
- Demonstrates understanding of the Brookshire Grocery Company training, safety programs concerning the safe operation of powered equipment, and material handling.
- Ensures cases, bales, and containers contain appropriate labels, tags, and information.
- Performs other warehouse duties as needed.

- Basic knowledge of the warehouse communication system and ordering machine.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to operate a forklift/pallet jack.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity.
- Ability to safely operate heavy machinery/hazardous equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications
- High school Diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum of 18 years of age required.
- Required to pass a physical agility test.
- Must maintain the current CPMH (Cases per Man Hour) requirement.
