Licensed as an OT in CO

Experience in providing appropriate care in post-acute or long-term care environment (preferred) Rate Range $40-$50

5,000 Sign on bonus paid : $1,000 after 90 days, $1,000 paid after 6 months, $1,000 paid after 12 months, $1,000 paid after 18 months & $1,000 paid after 24 months Ready to make a difference?
