Bartender Responsibilities:
- Provide an exceptional drinking experience with expertly crafted beverages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area
- Follow recipes for consistent and high-quality drink preparation
- Ensure proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Manage bar inventory, submit supply orders, and receive deliveries
- Assist in training new employees and orienting them to the bar area
- Contribute to seasonal, holiday, and specialty drink menus
- Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism
- Support bar operations in the absence of the supervisor
- Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of bar equipment and cocktail preparation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability
- Initiative and high energy level
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two (2) years of bartending or restaurant experience
- Current beverage service certification (as required by law)
- Experience with point-of-sales (POS) systems
