Server Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to members and guests in multiple dining rooms
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and wine pairings
- Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and presentable
- Anticipate guests’ needs and address them with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service
- Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and club service standards
- Assist in training new staff and maintaining a positive team environment
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior serving experience in a restaurant, country club, or fine dining setting preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with a friendly and positive attitude
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one (1) year of serving experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Current food handler’s certification (or willingness to obtain if required by law)
