Busy dental practice focused on providing high quality dental care looking for the loyal, mature, responsible, honest individual to fill challenging position of Dental Receptionist. Must be prompt, organised, hard working and have excellent work ethics. Must have a goal to grow professionally in the field of Dental Care Administration.
Required skills:
- Great customer service
-Able to multitask, be a team-player
-Answering Multiple Phone lines
-Presenting treatment plans (giving patient payment options ex: care credit)
-Processing payments
-Checking patients in and out
-Coordinate patient schedule (scheduling appts, following up with patients & pre-auths)
-Check voicemail twice a day
-Confirmation calls
-Updating patient charts as needed
-Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Be a fast learner while positively accept constructive criticism
-Knowledge of dental practice software (Dentrix)
-Knowledge of dental terminology
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
