We're hiring a full-time Landscape Foreman / Project Manager to lead these projects and be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their vision comes to life with precision and care. Responsibilities :
Manage landscape design-build projects (1 day to 3 months).
Serve as the primary client liaison throughout construction.
Collaborate with the construction manager for crew and equipment coordination.
Arrange material deliveries to job sites.
Work with clients on-site to make construction and design decisions, supported by design / sales staff.
Oversee daily job operations and ensure smooth project flow.
Track and manage project progress, document labor and materials used, and submit reports for project invoicing.
Participate in foreman meetings, equipment decisions, and provide general leadership.
Work Schedule :
April–November : 45-55 hours / week (occasionally through Christmas), No Saturdays .
Christmas / New Year : company wide holiday break.
January–February : 30-35 hours / week, 4-day work weeks.
March : 40 hours / week.
Typical annual hours : 2,100-2,400.
