Duties

- Perform pest control and landscapes from harmful pests.
- Conduct lawn care activities including fertilizing, and weed control, aerating and over seeding.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical support and customer service
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including equipment usage and pest control applications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience in farm operations or landscape maintenance is preferred.
- Knowledge of pest control methods and lawn care techniques a plus but not required .
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment or with little to no supervision.
- Valid driver's license is required for driving company vehicles to job sites.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
