Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the beauty and health of our clients' lawns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of lawn care, and aerations. As a Lawn Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all outdoor spaces are well-kept and thriving.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns to ensure a neat appearance.
- Execute duties such as fertilizing, and aerating and over seeding lawns.
- Ensure quality work and adherence to timelines.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and addressing their lawn care needs.
- Monitor the health of lawns, identifying any issues such as pests or diseases, and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Operate fertilization and aeration equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate effectively with management regarding project progress.
Experience
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or lawn care is preferred but not required.
- The ability to work with little to no supervision
- Integrity, honesty and a willingness to put our clients first
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail in maintaining outdoor spaces.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while managing physical tasks efficiently.
