What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Manager position at Brookside Lawn Service?
This is a hands on position treating lawns and completing lawn estimates. Lawn care experience is helpful, but we will train a motivated person. Looking for a qualified candidate to help us grow a new branch, ultimately managing production crews performing fertilization and weed control. The qualified candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean background check
- A willingness to follow company guidelines and policies
- Great work ethic and an appreciation for the details
- Integrity, honesty and a willingness to put our clients first
Qualifications:
Previous fertilizer experience
Great organizational and time management skills
Strong communication skills with our current customers and staff
