Brookside Nursery is a family-owned business that has been in operation for almost 50 years. We provide landscape services and have a retail garden store in Ballston Spa, NY. We are looking for reliable, honest, hard-working, loyal people to join our team. We run a team focused business in an indoor/outdoor work environment.
Key Carrier Position: Seasonal Full-Time
Responsible for opening and closing functions. Provide quality customer service/sales, load and unload plant material, ensure nursery stock is cared for through watering, weeding, and pruning. Properly complete assigned duties. Lead the team through task lists throughout the day. Ring out customers using point of sale system.
Qualifications:
- Willingness to work outside in all types of weather, ability to lift over 40lbs, possess initiative
Note: Interest in the subject of gardening, and/or knowledge of plants and garden materials helpful
